I provide custom spray painting & wood finishing services including (but not limited to):

• Bespoke furniture
   
• Cabinetry & Kitchens
   
• Timber Joinery & Steel work
   
• Upcycled furniture
   

A full description of services will be outlined in individual quotes or contracts.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
   
• Final pricing may vary depending on changes to project scope, materials, or timelines.
   
• A deposit is required before work begins as detailed in any quote.

• All approved sub contract work invoiced end of each month, due 20th month following invoice date
• Extras / changes to scope of works & reworks will be charged accordingly
   

• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer
   
• Full balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Late payments may incur a fee of 7%
   

• Estimated completion dates will be provided upon acceptance of quote or when deposit is paid.
   
• Delays caused by suppliers, weather, or client changes may impact completion time.
   
• I will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
   

• Clients must provide accurate details and access as needed.
   
• Changes to the project after materials have been ordered or work has started may incur additional charges.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
   
• Cancellations must be made in writing prior to materials being ordered.
   
• Refunds for finished work are not available unless the item is defective or not as described.
   

• I guarantee workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.
   
• This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling or installation by others, movement or defects arising from natural materials or normal wear and tear.
   
• I am not liable for damages beyond the cost of the original service or product.
   

• Custom designs remain the intellectual property of RPB Crafted Coatings unless agreed otherwise.
   
• Clients may not reproduce or sell my designs without permission.
   

• Client details will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
   
• I will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
   

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be settled under local jurisdiction.
